Cyprus Open Water Marathon 2024

The Municipality of Amathus and the Yermasoyia Municipal District, in collaboration with I. E. Athletic Tourism (CYPRUS) LTD., are pleased to announce the Cyprus Open Water Marathon. The event will take place on September 29, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Dasoudi Beach.

Objectives of the Event

This event aims to promote sports tourism and highlight Yermasoyia as an ideal sports destination. The marathon has become an annual institution and aspires to evolve into an international competition in the coming years.

Location

The starting and finishing points of the course will be at Dasoudi Beach, in front of Park Beach Hotel. The area offers ideal conditions for open water competitions, with safe and beautiful waters.
